Who publishes this site
ToolKit Pro is an independent, self-funded project run by a small team. It is not owned by a measurement body, a health organisation or a financial institution, and it is not sponsored by any brand mentioned on the site.
Our AI disclosure
We use AI as a research and drafting assistant. We do not treat its output as fact. Before anything is published, a human editor:
- checks every numeric claim against the primary source named on the page;
- re-computes each worked example using the calculator on that same page;
- deletes any claim that cannot be traced to a source we can link to.
Where we cannot verify something, we leave it out. You will not find invented statistics, invented studies or invented expert quotes here.
No fabricated people or ratings
- No named author personas and no invented credentials, degrees or job titles.
- No stock-photo "experts" presented as staff.
- No aggregate star ratings or review counts in our structured data. We do not collect user ratings, so publishing them would be dishonest — and Google treats self-issued ratings as spam.
- No fake testimonials, user counts or trust badges.
Accuracy and review cycle
Conversion factors come from defined standards and change only when a standards body changes them. Health and finance reference material is re-checked at least every six months. Each page shows the date it was last reviewed, and substantive changes are logged on the methodology page.
Corrections
Report an error through the contact page, including the page URL and the source that contradicts us. Verified corrections are applied within 48 hours and recorded in the changelog. Substantive corrections are noted on the page itself rather than quietly edited.
Advertising and independence
The site is free to use and is funded by display advertising. Advertisers have no input into our content, our conversion factors or which tools we build. Advertising is clearly separated from page content, and no tool result is influenced by an advertiser.
Privacy
